I have come close to what you describe [becoming a disembodied or transformed wholeness-of-being], but rather than the strict geometry of a sphere, it is more amorphous, like a cloud, for me. It can be part of the floating bliss states and frequently is, solo or with my partner.

Alana, thanks so much again! What a wonderful set of vivid, imagery-enhanced, cosmos connections. These recall my IOs of my youth, which keep whispering from behind some thin veil now, as I/we explore and rewire, or more accurately for me apparently, reconnect the experimental circuits of youth and middle age, from IOs, yoga breathing, inner body visualization and healing, Tao and Tantra, hypnagogic voyaging, "touch-for-health", chi gong, and others to those of a lifetime of periodic prostate massage.

A couple of days ago, the morning after mrs. a and I had another great couple of hours of bio-electric coupling to bliss and bliss union with all, we were reading and chatting in bed. I showed her a diagram of the typical structure of a neuron in a recent article on the huge expansions in neuro-sciences lab results and theories. Aesthetic triggers have worked for me for years to set off erotic energies, but this seemed like just a simple even homey diagram...

HOWEVER! Gently at first, but very insistently and spreading from the point of origin in my lower front abdominal wall, unlike earlier small clusters or clouds of energies forming and moving through the body during after-effects orgasmic events, this was like millions upon millions of nano-campfires lighting up and radiating powerfully given their scale! Within about ten minutes this had engulfed my whole body and yet the feeling was one of deeply relaxed serenity mixed with a sparkling joy and great lightness (not the same as "floating bliss"). I said to mrs.a; "Maybe all my neurons are happy to be recognized, or are laughing about this 'portrait'! Either that or its the mitochondria (our energy-source co-species, living in our every cell and energizing us) holding a festival!". It was a very powerful new form of ecstatic energetic experience. A micro-cosmos connection?

In some way, maybe this was a mirror-IO, ecstasy triggered by intellectual activity/poetics. This great gift lasted almost an hour and the memories still trigger chi flows, a different energetic response...

George Lucas has midichlorians as the cellular symbionts and a Force-source in StarWars. I felt like I was the forest planet (or moon) Endor, with a vast planetary Ewok festival lighting up, surging and singing for a whole evening their time!

Johntrevy, this was not the same as the cloud bliss events I mentioned to you above, but had some of the same effects. I find that powerful, exceptional orgasmic energy events have the effect of generalizing my consciousness and opening these universal linkages or mergings, much like what I think you are seeking, but without explicit de-bodying imagery. All the best on your journey and the paths you find."

That thread has several contributors, including Alana and Johntrevy, whose most recent posts are being responded to in mine quoted here. The thread is getting to the heart of the matter opened by our Aneros practices and KSMO, and other sexual energy ecstasy traditions and techniques.

The IOs of my youth, described in earlier posts here in the blog, were powerful, formative experiences: after effects from my early prostate massage practices that resulted in orgasmic energies powering visionary integrative condensations, mappings of the wholeness of life and being in the cosmos.

This Micro-cosmic Orgasm, triggered by intellectual/aesthetic inputs and built on our orgasmic energy training here and at KSMO, resulted in a unique bio-energetic orgasm or network of orgasms more peacefully integrating and celebrating the poetics and powers of our bodymind, our energetic being as integral in the wholeness of being. Is this a mirror of the early IOs?... ...for a late-middle-aged/early-maturity/senior child of planet Earth?

I look forward to other developments for me, solo and with dear mrs. a, and others on similar journeys that link and integrate the intellectual, the emotional, the spiritual, the wholeness of being through these creative energies...

Late June 2008...

We recently acquired Davis and Ellen Ramsdale's book Sexual Energy Ecstasy, a wonderful compendium of information and experience. We were really taken aback when we came to page 304-307, "BIO-ELECTRIC SEX", and found such a detailed description of essentially the practice we have stumbled into intuitively during our explorations with Aneros and KSMO.

Many of the benefits explained here have certainly worked for us, with no prior knowledge or expectations, no "belief" or debate!

The "Scissors" position recommended and illustrated for bio-electric is our favourite over many years, as it minimizes the stress and distraction of pain from my old injuries etc.

After reading about this, my wife and I had a great session of energy generation and sharing based on the techniques I've developed with my Aneros (MGX alone initially) "polishing the knob" and its extensions, and with the Key Sound to trigger, amplify and direct the orgasmic energies tied to the aneros muscle memory training. The reading has helped her sense of this energy generation feeling and she generated significant energy that I could feel happening and that we could share!

This information and the much related material in the book are wonderful help for couples on a Tantric and/or Tao path with Aneros. Here is more detail from a recent post on my KSMO Blog of the same title:

<In scanning it initially, pages 304 to 307 jumped out at me. This section, Bio-Electric Sex, so closely described what mrs. a and I have been experiencing and its profound sense of satisfaction, transcendence and peace.

Bio-Electric Sex is the Ramsdale's digest of Dr. Rudolf von Urban's work and theory. Von Urban was a doctor, psychiatrist and Tantric pioneer whose patients reported many "cures" for various medical problems and other very positive effects, including exceptionally deep relaxation, all from a particular form of intercourse. After a search, I found a reference to von Urban in Michael Murphy's great compendium The Future of the Body: Explorations into the Further Evolution of Human Nature. Murphy notes von Urban was a student of Freud, and follows von Urban's thought through poet Peter Redgrove, essayist George Leonard and others.

Also illustrated in the Bio-electric section is the Scissors position for intercourse. It is our favourite and has been for years since it minimizes the pain and other distractions of my musculo-skeletal injuries' remnants and some just plain aging effects. One of several lasting practices from our early 1990s tantric explorations is our appreciation of times of holding still, and of very slow gentle sex. We have incorporated this more frequently over the last year and a half in our explorations of "mutual prostate sex", including our couples path through both KSMO and Aneros.

In our early attempts and learning here and at Aneros we had the desire to have a traditional intercourse grand finish of ejaculation to every session. Gradually we found we did not "need" to do this and we let the sessions take their shape from our energy levels and intuitions. Increasingly we have found far more profound relaxation, mutual ease and satisfaction, and a higher level of very positive energy from our lovemaking by intuitively focusing more and more on the "energy exchanges" I have described in earlier posts here. Some of the best of these exchanges, in addition to the periodic "jolts" and many "tickles" by intention, are the wonderful subtle senses of "flow", the stillness of "sharing" and the transformative "micro-buzz" energy of still "exchange".

It turns out this is very close to von Urban's therapeutic intercourse formula of:
* in the scissors position, the male gently being welcomed in erect or flaccid or in-between, (We have deliberately recently experimented with flaccid entry and it works very well and has its own unique joys!),
* the first 30 minutes stay still and have your minds focused (we say "meet") at/in your genitals and sensing the energies exchanges,
* the second 30 minute of thrusting intercourse staying in the Scissors position, ideally without male ejaculation, and
* a further 30 minutes of stillness if ejaculation does occur.

We have never timed ourselves. We are too focused on what our bodies are telling us and each other! We are too delighted to follow a formula, because we get the results promised and more intuitively.

Von Urban's theory is that male "bodymind" cells and female "bodymind" are of opposite electrical polarity and that by prolonged contact of moist skin there is an exchange of these bio-electric potential energies, which produce the manifest positive results, including ecstatic experiences.

This may be the time for science to take up the detailed study of this phenomenon. All we can say, having stumbled upon it intuitively, is Hallelujah! for the whole thing. It is now the centre of our "mutual prostate" practice, with ejaculations an occasional continuing joy, but just one in a growing panoply of possibilities.

Later I had a solo session that began as BPH therapy (the original purpose of Aneros {HIH}!) with my Eupho. Standing, walking, stair-climbing and the like are another form of aneros session that I like and find very rewarding, and that is what this session started as... Always exploring, I tried several forms of exercise, including toe touches. WOW!!! does that have the Eupho really playing out its vaunted mobility and astounding pleasure sensations! It also triggered energies that I did my best to "store" for later use or "composting" into other forms.

Anyone else using any aneros models in exercise, streching, rotations, yoga generally, chi gong, etc?

This bio-electric approach was developed by the late Dr. Rudolph von Urban M.D., about a century ago. We are very curious about exploring this further.

The following is a post on my blog at the KSMO site but it all applies here too. It is a further example of our couples practice that has merged Aneros and KSMO so closely.

I had my first session, after an earlier brief experimental one, with my new Helix a few days ago and have had after effects and general Butt Buzz since then, which was part of energizing this morning's love nest described below! Helix is my new best friend; but that is before Eupho has a real session! So it remains to be seen...

"After sensing a misunderstanding in the Aneros Chat focused on KSMO, and having the very good discussion in our Evening KSMO Chat later on the 10th, I have been reflecting a lot on the nature of what I have experienced over the last year and a bit, referring back to the Three Models post earlier.

The question is, how expansive, transformable and transformative are the energies that can be tapped and directed using the Key Sound?

I would really appreciate thoughts and points of view from other perspectives.

This morning, mrs. a and I stayed in bed after waking early and had a wonderful time. After early delights and some traditional p>v intercourse we settled down to our intent which was focused more on her prostate (G-spot), still penile/vaginal rather that our mutual manual Wedding Band position.

She likes still times as well as the traditional motion and I enjoy the still times very much too! During them, I use focused contractions to pulse energy and she can feel not just the remote movement, but the energy transfer.

In other posts I have mentioned the focused abilities to selectively move tissues at my prostate and/or perineum as well as the anus and testicles. I developed this using my Aneros MGX to exercise and develop these abilities and the muscle memories that let me call them up at will. I have also practised the Key Sound with them during that training to be able to use it to amplify and direct them.

During the still times this morning we experimented to see if she could feel the movement and get the energies from each of these locations independently as well as combinations. Did she ever! These were each distinctly different for her as they are in me as I am doing it.

I use the Key Sound, which for me has progressively become lower and somewhere between a growl and a deep purring... to amplify and at time direct these energy productions and transfers. Today, on one occasion I almost blew a fuse boosting a perineum jolt which exploded there like a burst of light and shot an electric jolt up the penis. That Key Sound is the handiest tool a man can have! LOL.

During even the gentlest loving energy play this morning, mrs. a was orgasming repeatedly with dry body motion/vocalisation orgasms and I was enjoying dry multiples of varying intensities up to Super-Os in Aneros lingo. This was a Tantric Breakfast Body Banquet extraordinaire.

At the same time, I have been experiencing the spontaneous energy transfer (and transformation!) to my sacrum and lower back/base of spine generally. From "Butt Buzz" to "Base/Back Buzz"... That energy is different and does not feel specifically erotic, but rather is more like chi and a whole body energizing in a "zest for life" and mind/body bliss mode.

Such energy transformation and diversity of application is part of Tantra and Tao as I read and attempt to understand them through what my body is telling me through our experiences.

This is the first of posts from earlier this year at Aneros and/or KSMO, to summarize the energetics progress in the last half year. Hope this make sense.

Increasingly I am, as I said in this post, "activated in the abdomen" almost all the time. It seems to be a form of continuous after effects or "echo effects". If I am not but feel like it anywhere, anytime, a silent Key Sounding, using the throat muscles but silently, or just imagining making the sound will instantly bring into the O-zone and the energies are there.

"Many spontaneously make sounds during erotic arousal and orgasm. In the emerging science on neuroplasiticity, music is as key a flexible deeply wired/rewirable mental experience as erotic response and apparently deeply linked. Synaesthesia is the experience of one sensory phenomenon in the response form of another: seeing a note of music as a colour for example.

KSMO works amazingly well, particularly as a trigger for erotic body energies. These energies can be triggered, amplified and transformed using the Key Sound, aloud or silently, once you and your body have learned the essence of the triggering mechanism.

Like Hlaser, I have a proclivity for Chairgasms, and Cargasms, examples of the day after a session echo effects that KS can trigger.

Yesterday (April 14th), for example, in a drive to the Big City, I had wonderful strings of mini-Os, safely and without them being distractions, while driving. Between Aneros and KS, I am now "activated in the abdomen" almost all the time as an O-zone boost through life. Aesthetic and kinaesthetic (body motion, as while driving, walking as well as sex) experiences can and do directly trigger p-waves and mini-Os, amplifying daily life. At the right time, you can then call up any level of orgasmic response intentionally, at will: Super-Os or Calm Seas Floating Bliss of cosmogonic proportions."

At the same time the lucid dreaming or hypnagogia visits connected to sessions is increasing.

From early spring 2007...

I wouldn't have missed the Intellectual Orgasms experience as youth for the world. They were and have always remained crucial to who I am and how I function. Even though they ceased in my late teens or early twenties, they were very formative and their muse-like effects have lived with me ever since; essential to my creative activities and output."

Now, after a happy marriage and parenting life with relatively conventional sexual relations with my wife, including five years of reliable performance on demand during fertility clinic scheduled intercourse, we are both enjoying the opportunity to explore our orgasmic potential, having both just turned into "seniors".
