Hi,
some weeks ago there was a post about an exercise that works as the inversion table: you actually stand with your hands on the floor, your body straight but inclined on the wall where you place your feet.
I find the exercise quite good, now I'd like to have a look at the link that was in the post but I cannot find it with the search function.
