You may not believe this but about half way through the video my mind went to "The Art Of War".

Wierd.

I liked the "doing without doing" - sounded familar.

Pietro -- thanks for posting this as I trained in music composition with a professional conductor, and at university, etc. So the first conductor that gets the most focus -- the speaker says this:

the rollercoaster is in the players' minds yet guides the music.

gravitation is no more.

the conductor gives his approval as "mmmm" from the belly (lower tan tien) and that's a good thing.

control is a different levels so it's not a zero-sum game.

And finally the players will need to go to a sanatorium afterwards! haha.
