This trinity, to me, seems to be an ultimate guide to help me understand the balance. It seems to be a lens through which I can see the world. Perhaps meditate on this and see how it feels?

does my moving support touching and thinking
does my thinking support moving and touching
does my touching support moving and thinking

I know trinites can get to be "too much mind" but they help bring things together also sometimes.

What do you mean by 'touch'? - would 'feel' or 'experience' mean the same thing in this context?

Would 'seeing' correlate with the 'thinking' part of the trinity? If so, you can notice this trinity weaving it's magic with the very words that you use: "see how it feels".

In my illusiory world, moving, touching and feeling would be all parts of the first aspect of the trinity. The second aspect would correlate with 'comunicating', and therefore also hearing and speaking. The third would consist of 'thinking' and therefore seeing and speaking internaly (internal dialogue).

thanks for the post - very thought provoking smile.gif

How about this for a trinity I just thought about:

You take a lot of mushrooms for example--go on a trip, a journey. Something turns you on to the tao. Perhaps it was the sexual practices or just the thrill of being one with the universe. Perhaps it was martial arts or the quest for money, the holy grail or you want to go to heaven.
(upper)

Then, you stay off drugs for a while, forget all the material bullshit, and read 50 books on the tao.
(lower)

Then, with this new-found wisdom, you write a book on the tao.
