Ok, I learnt this technique off a guy called Dr John La Tourette. He's known to be able to hit a man 16 times or more in one second! It's probably due to his stuff that i got into energy-relatad practices. He uses Huna (hawaiian shamanism, with huge correlations to taoist shamanism) as well as what he has learnt off Donna Eden (of Energy Medicine fame) and other things such as psychology, hypnosis and NLP.
The technique is similar to applied kinesiology - also known as muscle testing. Some of you might be familiar with this. Muscle testing is easy - you state a premise, such as "my liver energy is strong", and then someone tests you by putting force on your outstretched arm, if the arm is weak the answer is "no" if the muscle is strong then the answer is "yes".
This worked every time i've tried it, and is an awsome way to verify the energy work you have done. For example i used it a couple of times when doing the healing sounds - I would say something like the above - "my liver energy is strong and clear" then I get my friend to test me, if my muscle is weak, I do the liver healing sound again and get tested again, it usually strengthens out a little, but it took me several goes, and then my arm was very strong. You can also do this without saying anything - as the tester, you put your thumb and first three fingers together and lightly touch the collection point for the relevant organ energy and then, holding your hand there, just do the muscle test. It's an excellent diagnostic tool.
The only problem with this technique is mainly the bewildered look that my friend gave me when i asked him to help out. Although i proved to him the technique worked, he still thought it's weird. Besides, you may not always have someone around to help you test for something. So, having searched arround I found a way to do this test by yourself - the technique is called the Human Pendulum Test.
At first you need to callibrate your body, so you start out with very simple assertions, that you know to be true or false. The best example is "my name is ...yourname... " and test for that and then do "my name is Wendy (or something completely different to your name)" and test for that.
The testing works like this: Put your feet completely together, stand up straight, with your spine also straightened, relax - make your assertion "my name is John" then quickly imagine putting this question in your left hand and place your hand over your LTT with your right hand over the top and relax and feel for any movement your body makes. If your name is as you stated it, you may feel yourself tilting a little forward in front of you, if you say a different name, you may tilt a little backwards. This tilt is usually very subtle at first, but after doing this for a few weeks you'll notice the responses getting much clearer. Now you need to callibrate for a while - keep stating obvous truths or lies and test them. "I'm male", "I'm Muslim", "I speak italian" etc etc. Test at least twenty simple assertions and by then your body should be used to it and understand what you're asking of it.
Once you've fully callibrated, this is where the fun begins! You can now find out what foods would be beneficial for you at that moment ("salted popcorn will be good for me"). You can test what excersises you should do on the day ("standing practice is good for me today"), you can test how effective your practices have been and if you have to repeat them.
You can even test how long you should do a practice for maximum effect. You would do it like this "doing the microcosmic orbit for twenty minutes is best for me today" you may get a "no"(as in, you'll tilt backwards) then you try again "doing the microcosmic orbit for 25 minutes will be best for me today" and test again, and again untill you get the perfect length of time (you can also be more ambiguous - such as doig x for longer than 20 minutes will be good for me, and then narrow it down to the exact time). Please note that your body has all kinds of different needs at different times and on different days, so if you got a "no" response for eating salted popcorn one day, maybe another day it wil actually do you some good.
The assertions should always be in the way i stated them so instead of "are my lungs fully healed for today?" you'd say "my lungs are fully healed for today" and then test.
After doing this regularly for a few months, you may begin to just get a feeling after stating an assertion, instead of going through the whole pendulum test. This takes time, so for now practice it as above. Also for some people this does not work when doing it themselves (they need some one to test them - this nearly always works perfectly) - usually these are people who have really messed up energy systems - but most of you here have unusually developed energy systems and a good connection with your LTT, meaning this should be even more effective for you than most others.
I hope you guys have realised how powerfull this can be for you, and i hope you give it a go and report back your results.
