O.k. I have decided to have a go. During the next few days I will be trying it in different way. The usual, turned 180 degrees (which gives a different form/rounding towards the prostate), doing it the way Seb Cox advises on the package, doing it my ways... keeping it in all night etc. etc. etc.

In order to give a well balanced report I will give a complete concluding report and stay away from posting each experience individually.

What I can tell you so far is that although it is much bigger than the Aneros-types it for whatever reason seemed to be a lot easier to introduce... as a glide-substance I used the Stephen Chang cream which (besides being meant for the skin) is said to be healthy for the prostate applied via rectum... it went flawless...

For those that have the original Aneros at home and want to have a "proper" impression of what the Pantra looks like, hold your little finger close to your thumb and you have a similar relation.

now I've got to say. While I definitely do not consider myself to be an experienced "anal player" and am sure just a novice I did not come close to

nope. Did not happen to me. So either I am more experienced than that guy without knowing it... or I don't know.

Entering was much easier than originally thought. I tried it with BioGlide (a very very good water based substance) as well as Stephen Chang's facial cream (which in his book is said to be good for prostate massage as well).

As long as you enter it slowly and just put some pressure where the sphincter "works against it" the sphincter at one point will relax open to take it in.

Actually to me it felt a lot easier than with the Aneros... for whatever reasons.

We have discussed a lot about where to press the Million Dollar point... I am still not sure about all this discussion. Those that have the yudelove book at home will see on one of the pictures that even him shows the point where the ejaculate has long entered the urethra.

The reason I mention this is: one of the arms of the pantra presses against the urethra. The "ball"-shaped end actually has the right size to compress it if you want. This won't happend on its own though. You'd have to press against it... but the "ball" is big enough to not let you have to use your fingers... BUT: in my case (and that might just be a question of anatomy) it is to close to the scrotum... I would wish to have it further back (more towards the anus) in order to hit the spot some have pointed out to be the "right spot"...

maybe in a future version something like a "movable" arm can be created that allows to "manipulate" the length of that arm in order for everybody to place it where he likes...

The Pantra gives a fully different feeling compared to the Aneros devices. But I want to be honest: the different Aneros do so compared to each other as well. The reason I mention this: I would not consider the Pantra to be a replacement for an Aneros. I still like the feelings the original Aneros induces... it hits & stimulates a single spot while the Pantra sure has more pressure on a much larger area.

Again. I am a novice to anal/prostate stimulation... and wonder: one woman on the Seb Cox forum mentioned having used the Pantra on herself and feeling it to be as good as a real cock.

I sure do not intend to try that in order to have a comparison, but I can honestly say that I would wish the Pantra to be even bigger INSIDE... if it only could be pumped up inside somehow.

But the size & feeling nevertheless is great. Actually it seems to allow what I wanted it for:
While I do not so much believe in closing off the ejaculatory duct by externally pressing the perineum point the chance of truly closing it off is much bigger if the pressure is applied from inside the rectum pressed forward towards the duct... you got to have a look at a crossection in order to get what I mean...

with the Pantra applied this seems to get posible as pressing from below you exert the proper pressure to that area and I have managed to have dry orgasms by doing this while stimulating the usual way...
[what I haven't yet done is to do the "urinate into a glass test and see if it is clouded"... which would prove if the semen stays inside or is send into the bladder

at this point: can anybody tell me if one can differentiate pre cum from semen in the urine that way??? Or even: how to differentiate precum without semen from precum mixed with some semen?]

I only have one more suggestion to the above:
the Pantra is big enough to allow it being slightly hollow inside. If it were and with the right adapter one would be able to apply lubricant while already having it introduced... this would be a very clean way of applying as much lubricant as needed... and would be a welcome addition...
