Hi, I wanted to introduce myself, I’m a Chris and I just got into yoga, chi Kung and Feldenkrais, and would very much like to share my experiences on this web forum, as I start practicing them. What drove me there originally was curiosity and pain, over a certain period of time, my thoughts seems to have been getting the best of me, and moving me though some very depressive episodes. It’s like there is energy stuck in my body, and causing unnecessary unease, I want to get that energy flowing and thought that body work would be the easiest way to reach there; I am going to explore other things that work with thoughts, like the work and exploring my personality as well as others. I hope to share and contribute ideas here with you. smile.gif
