NSA is great. Have been doing it for about 2 years.
Took a week long with Donnie in mexico last year.

I`ve been several times in Como / Italy with Donnie and I love this practice and have about three years of intensive training and of course, it change my life, and I`m a hard one with SRI. :-O

We go once a week and do both NSA and SRI.
