I've been studying qigong for ~3 years (probably two of honest study laugh.gif ) mostly from Dr Yang and Mantak Chia's materials, books & DVDs. My current level of practice is garbage due to a hectic life, stress, what not. When I had a better level of practice, probably the coolest stuff I did was some longevity breathing. (~40 sec? enough to feel like you're not breathing and have a real idea of what wuji means...)
I just finished that thread on Lama Dorje...very interesting, think I might pick up the book, would perhaps be interested in an NYC seminar...
I've been reading this forum on and off for a month or two, never got around to registering!
