I don't want to bothering you on what I do. I'm another one, like many others, looking for feedback from the thing that create maya, called with many names such as God, The One, or as force Qi/Chi/Prana/Mana/ecc.
I'm not interested at all in martial arts, but probably the base can help because of the common point: feedback from the energy around us... the connection... the entanglement with every particles that were all enclosed in a single small point before the big bang.
I want to remember who I am, and I need mom energy to awake me from the dream I'm living, because I can't awake by myself from inside the dream. Contact con this force is what I aim much because I'm sure is the main step to sniff the reality.
