There's a problem with your server upgrade. I know sometimes it takes a while for all the places to register the new address, but I'm still getting a server upgrade messageboard offline notice when I try to log in to this board from my work computer. My home computer it works fine. You might want to check that out.

I think sometimes company intranets cache DNS internally longer than usual. Try going to the command line and typing "ipconfig /flushdns" if you have permission and try again. Do let me know the results, thanks for letting me know this.
