Seems like one of the major "traps" so called spiritual seekers fall into is putting heads above there own..

Seems like a fine line to me..like a razors edge. From one persective you want to respect, admire "teachers"..from another perspective they arent ultimately "better" than you.

There is the relative and the absolute though. Relatively speaking, they might be better.

However, there is tendancy to take this relative superiority that exists to almost God like levels of worship.

In a nutshell the tendency to "Put another head above your own".

i believe in the different diamonds within. uniqueness. basic stuff probably.
the impossible to compare shit. the relative view shit.
the need to believe shit.

Yup - it's human nature. The need to "become" something "better" than what we currently are. People exploit that human desire. The longer you follow someone, the farther they take you from the truth... The truth is right here, right now, it's just obscured by a fog of thought...
