Most of my practice comes from the ever growing stack of books in my house which include the Tao Te Ching, the Magus of Java, Zhan Zhuang and the Clear Light of Bliss to name but a few.
Lately ive been practicing Kunlun from the Pillars of Bliss by Lama Dorje with rapid success (in comparison to other meditaion ive tried). Anyone who fancies sharing some experiences please drop me a post as it would be much appreciated
