April 11-13: Barcelona
April 15-16 Monaco
April 18-20 Rome

I also suggest putting Belgium in the list. In Antwerp (diamonds and choclates) there should be enough intrest and good accomodation and not that far from Amsterdam, yust an idea

Hey all Kunlun enthusiasts,
We are starting to get things planned out for our trip over there and can really use help. None of us have been there before so we are trying to work out some final destinations and lock down some of our current destinations.

Things are going well with regards to Scandinavia and we are getting help in Switzerland, France, Spain and Italy, but Amsterdam and Hamburg as well as possibly England are unclear.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Any help finding good locations for a free lecture (usually a metaphysical bookstore) and a venue for the event.

Do you think there would be much interest in Hamburg/Germany?

I can check around, here in London, England. are you considering London?
Bearing in mind it's not cheap (especially with the $ so low against the £) - and it's a big city (albeit with huge parks and lots of greenery). So let me know if you're considering London, if not, there are many beautiful places in the UK, although being an ignorant Londoner, I know few of them - (I can ask around though.)

as soon as you set concrete dates, let us know, because most of us can buy very cheap european flights, providing we book way in advance.

Yes, I do think there will be sufficient interest in Hamburg. I think i mentioned it on the board somewhere before, there is a bookstore called Wrage that only sells metaphysical themed books and also organizes events. They put out their own monthly promotional magazine which is probably the main resource for publicizing these sort of events in northern Germany. So I would definatly be putting an ad in the Wrage magazine or better yet have them write up a little editorial piece about Max, they do this sort of promotion all the time. They also have their own seminar venue (for some pictures look here http://www.wrage.de/live/index.php?id=seminaraeume) that can be rented. The room rental fee is 190€ per day, 110€ for just the evening (form 5 p.m) or 330€ for the weekend for a 45 square meter room.
I also have one alternative location in mind, a friends practitioners place.

There is also a Seminar Hotel on the baltic coast, about 1 -1.5 hr drive from Hamburg. It has beautiful surroundings, all organic food and use only healthy building materials. They offer all sorts of alternative health programs and constantly have seminars being hosted at their facilities. in case you are interested in going to Cologne, germany:

it is a very open minded and big city concerning spiritual things. there are lots of activities and possibilities going in that direction.
there are main places where they offer lectures and seminars. also there is a agency one could contact that arrange these kind of seminars. it has a good reputation as far as i would say and i know one woman that works there a bit. i could talk to her and ask if there was interest in "promoting" the seminar.
in case you are interested in cologne let me know. i would happily help for free sleeping etc.

I agree, wrage has a good reputation. If they can be made interested enough in Max and eventually would help in setting it up, i believe you could expect a good group of people participating!
I think hamburg would be in better reach for those coming from other cities, plus you can find cheaper places to sleep, rather than choosing a seminar hotel in the countryside..

We plan to go to Cologne instead of Hamburg. Please ask your friend for any help. There will be four of us.

We should know of our start date by tomorrow, then we will be able to work out all of the details and locations.

if you really come to cologne i am honored to help. i live here many years and been connecting with nice people who speak "heart language".

i can say for now that i can help to find places to sleep. in my appartment is one medium sized private room availible incl. key you can stay there. it is a nice appartment and situated pretty central, too. i will be able to host as many people as want to stay there. maybe i can find a room from a friend close to my appartment. if you want to stay private i may be able to move out for the weekend and live with a friend who lives close. then it would be two rooms. one facing a garden and additionally a big kitchen. since i know some nice people here i am confident that we can work something out concerning rooms.

i can arrange a nice place for seminars (fits for about 20 to 40 people) near cologne but maybe it is too far away (35 minutes). this place is for free. no costs. in cologne i can help, too. as i mentioned.

the sooner you know dates the better. also it would be good to know details about seminar prices, minimum amount of people to come and so on. it would be good to think how to promote the whole thing if my friend would say that it is too soon (i know that lots of dates in the seminars they offer are already out with flyers and so on).

Well guys, I can at least clear things up a little bit. Europe is definitely not cancelled. The workshop in Sweden is going to take place in Gothenburg (Göteborg) - instead of Stockholm. It's an evening workshop scheduled in May, 13th/14th (18.00-22.00).

I see you charge $300 for the seminar + 45 private talk. People who cannot pay are not welcome? I understand you need money for travel cost, but it also exclude people who have no income.

Things are changing everyday, but I will try to keep you updated with the current plan. Here is what we are working on:

May 16-18: Gothenburg
May 23-25: Cologne 
May 30-1: Geneva (Haute Savoie, FR)
June 6-8: Paris

We always try to work with students. We handle all of those arrangements in person as everyone's situation is unique.

I haven't being able to follow the recent developments about a workshop in Amsterdam, but in case that location is still of any interest I can try to organize it there. I know of a location where they rent:

Workshop Room 18-40 (18 seated) € 25 per hour
Conference Room 50-80 (50 seated) € 40 per hour

Workshop Room (7.8m x 3.8m)
Conference Room (8.4m x 7.3m, with pillars)

Harry - I hope you can attend one of Max's seminars.

I think it would be great to attend a Kunlun Seminar in Europe, and get to meet and practice with a lot of the people who have been waiting so patiently to experience what Max has to offer. I wish I was on the Max team going to Europe!

But for now, I'm content to have attended the Scottsdale seminar, and happy that I can attend the NJ seminar. That in itself is awesome. My practice always gives me what I need.
