Welcome to Taobums! Where in Alaska? I like to think that I was the first person to cross the north American continent by car. Started in Miami Beach and when I got to Fairbanks they had just opened the road to the north shore to the public. The roadtrip nuked my car, but it was well worth it.

me? i'm in kodiak - on kodiak island. you got to fairbanks when they opened the Dalton highway? to the North Slope i assume you mean - that must have been quite a while ago.
