Hi first off all,I want to say that this is realya very nice forum smile.gif -I was looking for something like this for a long time.
But now some facts about me:
I´m 26 I live in munich (Germany). I started with the age of 7 with Judo-than swithed to Juitsu and finally came to Nanbudo.
Some years ago I started fealing that I was able to generate and move energie quite easy(but more in a intuitive and unorganisated way)-I was fascinated and finally came across tao.Unfortunately the last three years were very very bad for me and I was too ill and sad to really train it.But now I starting again.
Recently I heard about this ultra-deviation and I´m realy afraid of it.I only learned kind of hardstyle (yang depending) ki training but never had any lesson of softtsyle (ying developing).
What should I do to avoid this sickness?
thx and greeting from bavaria to all members!

Hi Sunzi81,
Welcome to Tao Bums!
I'm not sure if this is the sort of answer you're looking for but I think practicing Taijiquan (Tai Chi) could be useful to you physically, emotionally, and spiritually. It is very useful for developing a balance of the yin and yang forces in the body, mind, and spirit and can be very grounding and stabilizing. I'm sure there are other answers but this is one.
Good luck!

thx steve!
yeah-it´s one answer wink.gif
I ve already read the thread here about this phenomenon-scary..
There I ve although read that opening the joints/feet/hands/ channels is a good way to inhibit to much energy in your body/head,what is, so far I understand the reason for ulra-deviation.
Can somebody tell me where I can find information how too open these points?
thx
