My name is Michael
I guess the most interesting thing I can say and offer
is that I am training to become a teacher of the Alexander Technique
which in my experience has something absolutely phenomenal to offer
everyone, also it shares alot of similarity with taoist philosophies,
I'll make a post later to explain a little about it.
