what do you think of those. Anything wrong in the thought using them for sungazing for pure safety reasons? Will I rip myself of the benefits using them?

they look pretty cool to own, but I wouldn't use them while sungazing and purists don't even wear glasses while sungazing either. You don't want anything that would reduce your sensitivity to light for safety reasons as much as for the efficacy of the practice.

The best safety guide is to stay close to the sunrise or sunset--the way you have instinctually enjoyed watching a sunset your whole life, just make doing so a practice if you like.

They do sell reusable UV sensor cards online for $5 if you get inspired to track the UV intensity. Or a UV sensing watch for $30.
