Hello, my (nick)name is innergy, i am in the Netherlands. (anyone else from the Netherlands here?)
My interests are Reiki, Taoism, Chi gong, Nei gong, almost everything that is refered to as 'paranormal', 'extraordinary' diets, plant medicine, living selfsufficiently, and sooooo many more things (having trouble trying to remember it all at once really)

I just have to say i really like this forum.

I hope i can post in other forums now too, because i wanted to ask what the hand-mudra alternative for the kechari tongue-mudra is. If anyone can tell me and wants to tell me i can appreciate it.
