My husband mentioned I might enjoy reading this forum, and after sampling some of the intriguing posts on this site, I decided to join so that I could post as well as read.
A little about myself: I’m a semi-retired RN. I’ve had an interest in spiritual practices for the last 20 years or so, but am only now (since I’m semi-retired) allowing myself to pursue them in more depth.
In the past I’ve practiced some Taijiquan (Cheng Man-ch'ing), some qigong, and a variety of meditation techniques. I enjoy reading about other’s spiritual adventures and have lately been drawn to the work of Lynn V. Andrews.
My own spiritual adventures most recently include attending the Scottsdale Kunlun seminar. I practice Kunlun and Red Phoenix “religiously” and I’ve just registered for the NJ Kunlun Seminar and Medicine Workshop.
