Hi, I'm 35.
I'm interested in self improvement and happiness.
I've started this journey 10 years ago and I immersed myself in psychology, NLP and hypnosis.
A few months before, I've started to become aware of my lack of presence, being in the moment and inner peace.
Reading “the power of now” and “a new earth” had changed the way I see life and what I'm interested in and how to go about living and enjoying life.
I'm still rearranging my reality and perception of the world, as well as my goals and self identity. To diminish the impact of the ego and our identification with it has quite a lot of implications in our day to day living and experiencing!
I'm now really interested in starting a regular meditation practice.
I've read "Mindfulness in plain English" and plan to read "Essentials of insight meditation practice".
I've also slowed the way I live and move and being more aware of my feelings and thoughts. I'm starting to become more meditative for longer and longer each day.
I've also started to practice sitting meditation for 20 minutes each day.
I think that this journey is exciting and full of surprises waiting ahead.
