Hello i read a book long time ago, there it said that the salt people use to buy from the stores today are not so good for the body! That there was a place in UK that had real good salt! I donīt remember the store name but here i found good stores of good Salt, that you can buy online! Had any one buy it?

Most of the retail salt is iodized which is good for gout, but not as pure. I think Sea Salt and Kosher Salts may be better? Salt is also a symbol in religion for purity.

I read a really great book about the history of salt several years ago. How it was a currency for thousands of years and how truly important it is how our survival. I believe the Book was called "Salt: A World History" by Kurlansky.
