I´m new here and would like to introduce myself.
35 years old from Sweden. My practice the past 5 years have consisted of mainly
Zhan Zhuang with moving forms only as a supporting element. Now I´ve been practicing
Primordial Qigong for a couple of weeks and I´m shocked by the results, and will
make it my core practice!

Well, thats me! Now I´ll check out the forum..

Ciao

Winn's Primordial rocks out! I'd always get bored after a few weeks, though. Welcome to taobums!

The claims of primordial qigong is very high, I mean "Tai Chi for Enlightenment", it just sounded to much.
But I found a link on youtube:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oJ2Mm3x02RY

And broke down the form with help of this text:

http://www.chionline.com/qigong/wuji.htm

The effekt I get from doing this form is a clearing of the mentation, awake, alert, and spiritual feeling
I get from certain temples and churches. It´s not the strong, buzzing energy I get from my standing
practice, it feels more refined or subtle. It´s hard to describe...
And I haven´t even bought the DVD yet.

Yoda, why do you get bored with it? Are Winns DVD the best to start with?
