I would like to see what people feel is the most important aspect of there Meditation practices i will give mine alittle later but if you do either stillness, spontaneous, visualization etc, what would be the most important part of that whole meditation you do?

Generally it comes in and then it goes out again biggrin.gif

Breathing, becoming more and more aware of the breath, mind and body united. Breathing and uniting with the flow of energy. Breathing, leting stress, tension and pain leave the body. Breathing, feeling the channels open. Breathing, feeling the organs fill with vitality. Breathing, feeling the energies unify into one purified essence.
